You are so right, the EU elite have coveted Iceland's fishing grounds for decades - having ruined Britain's, and are sick of the Icelandic independence. Life in Iceland has been just too pleasant and too comfortable for far too long- can't have that!<br />They set a financial trap, set Iceland up to fall into it, and then just sat back and waited for the Icelandic people, [prompted by a planted wicked stooge/agent]to beg the EU for help.<br />I believe this is a practice run for the UK.
