Will Ex Red Become an Ex Green?

Green Party activist, Phil U at Phwoar thiks that new co-leader, Russell (a former member of the Australian Marxist-Leninist group the Democratic Socialist Party)is to blame for the Greens drop in the polls.

the news in this poll is the ongoing dive in the polls by the greens….

their disasterous leadership choice is coming home to roost….as many turn away..in dismay…

there are those who can confirm this poll slump for the greens was one of my predictions of the fate of the party if they bye-passed nandor..

and elected (unknown) russell norman as the male co-leader…

i take no particular delight from being correct…i see it more as confirmation of my initial dismay/disbelief at what unfolded…

(namely..an ‘inside job’…

of simultaneously ‘white-anting’ nandor….and ’stiching-up’ the (deeply-flawed..esp in (mis)use of proxy votes) green election process…

this done by party insiders who wanted ‘control’ of the party..
and knew they could not get this from a free-thinker/non-party apparatchik..such as nandor….

well..they are now reaping their predicted harvest…

the media did a cursory heads-up at the appearance of norman….and since have practised studious indifference…

and i don’t know what has happened….but for us punters out here..

norman has sunk without trace….

and is taking the greens with him…
