A while ago former Queenstown Mayor, Warren Cooper (yes the former Muldoon Cabinet Minister) described Dave Henderson's proposed Five Mile development near the town as

"pure, over-indulgent fantasisation".


Well here's the new sign Dave has had erected on the busy work site.
