Moscow, Mar 14 China´s Foreign Ministry official Li Juei extolled bilateral ties with Russia on Wednesday and called them strategic, while strengthening of those ties was ratified by Russian authorities as well.
Juei made his remarks at the inauguration of the information center for the Year of China in Russia, slated to officially open March 26 at the Kremlin with Chinese President Hu Jintao.
