Thank you for your hard work, Trevor. For a long time now the socialists and communists have been working quietly within the Democratic Party gently advancing their policies, carefully worded to appeal to common folk. Now we have elected America's first fully trained marxist president who has the personal appeal to implement these policies. Antonio Gramsci's theories of why socialist revolution failed in the Western industrial nations led to his "long march" theories including his concept of "cultural hegemony". The hegemony of a society is a complicated concept in his view and has to be invaded and subverted with socialist ideals over a long period and is essentially a "culture war" against a society or civilization. Ex-KGB agent Yuri Bezmenov has discussed this in detail as a result of his work at APN Novosti, the Soviet KGB press front. Using numerous methods, a targeted society is demoralized over a long period of time through the country's press, academia, celebrities and other high profile persons. In fact 80% of KGB's budget was allocated toward non espionage activities. In America a small group of editors and journalists have the power to determine how an argument will be presented and to shape the landscape of public opinion. Time and Newsweek magazines, among others, are fronts for Eurosocialist, internationalist ideologies. Thank you again for pointing out the networks and helping us to further understand the danger of socialist ideologies.
