Something Completely Different
My wife and I went to see the Pointer Sisters and Robin Gibb (ex Bee Gees) at Christchurch's CSB Arena last night.
The Sisters rocked the house with this classic.
Robin Gibb did a great version of this haunting Bee Gees number.
Only thing I couldn't understand. Why were there so many OLD people there?

Glad you enjoyed your evening Trevor.
Now, a different topic.....you'd be gutted wouldn't you by the Burmese junta releasing Aung San Suu Kyi from house arrest ?
If you're a pono man you'll direct your fabulously generous American paymasters to the New Zeal archives wherein will be found your strident condemnation of Aung.....and your by default applause for the generals.
I always said you have an uncanny inclination to support the bad guy.
Not accurate on several fronts Steve.
Aung San Suu Kyi's father was a communist leader and much of her current suppport is communist.
The military junta is pro Chinese socialist. hardly my cup of tea. I warned people that supporting Aung San Suu Kyi was fraught with danger and likely to be exploited by the reds.
Still stand by that advice.
League result was awesome wasn't it, notwithstanding blatant forward passes.
: ) Thanx 4 sharing the tunes : )
I'm proud to admit that The Bee Gees ARE my all time favorite group! I'd give anything to have seen, or to see any of them in concert.
