How can it be secret, if it is plainly there in the act for all to see. Unless she is implying that republicans voted on a bill without reading it first.
NOBODY read the damn bill! Not even the CBO or GAO, whoever was supposed to tell us what it would cost. How stupid are we -- just about as dumb as the libs think we are!
