Lefty Librarians?
Wellington anarchist and "Urewera 17" arrestee, Val Morse has been touring the country promoting her book.
According to a commentator on this post;
The far lefties who support Morse are even active in the ratepayer funded Christchurch City Libraries (formerly Canterbury Public Library).
The organisation has bought about half a dozen copies of Morse's book. And how's this from the library's description of the contents:
"The agenda of the 'war on terrorism' is very different to the propaganda we are being sold by politicians and the mass media. It is an agenda of domination and control over our lives and the extension of state and corporate power .."
Val Morse is herself a librarian.
Is there a lefty anarchist mafia at work in the libraries of our nation? Naah, couldn't possibly be...could it?

Trev I worked in a library as a shelver a few years ago. I used my special position to put books by authors like Noam Chomsky and John Pilger on prominent display.
Be careful we get into the minds of your children every time they visit :p
I know Cameron-I was watching you.
Treasure Island was always my favourite at the library.
I dont gie a shit who shelved the books . As long as the word was delivered .
i enjoyed reading noam chomsky at high school and new internationalist magazines. :)
