Russia Ready to Counter NATO Expansion
Whether we acknowledge it or not, the "Cold War" is back.

Moscow, Feb 2 Chief of the Russian Air Force, Army Gen. Vladimir Mijailov, affirmed on Friday that his country has the military technology to neutralize NATO s plans to expand to the East.
"My attitude is of total opposition, but the Atlantic alliance expansion to the east does not instil concern or fear," the Air Force chief told NTV during a visit to Rostov del Don in southwest Russia.
Referring to anti-ballistic missiles that Washington wants to situate in Poland this year and powerful radar oriented to Russia placed in the Czech Republic, the leader recommended equanimity.
"They can spend all the money they want, build whatever they want, but we have military development capable of neutralizing the expansion plans", concluded the general.
